Brasserie Harricana in Montreal

I love this place. Amazing beers, their price are really a good deal. Food is excellent, staff is beyond friendly and the Pub itself is clean and charming. Living near Harricana is both wonderful and dangerous for my liver.

Only drank, but they have a nice selection and made me discover tastes I didn't know I liked!

In the top 4 breweries in Montreal (along with DDC, Benelux, & BrewSkey - putting them in order would be difficult), but definitely the number 1 place if you want to go out for amazing food and beer at the same time. The staff here were incredible and the service matched. Spot on worldwide styles of beer and sour and barrel aged brews up there with world leading breweries. Will definitely be going back for more!

So glad I tried this place. For a more mature crowd, but not crossing the line to pretentious. A relaxed, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Great selection of brews on tap. Our food was excellent too, with a varied menu ranging from affordable to indulgent. Definitely recommended if you like a civilized but casual spot for a nice beer and interesting food.

Has class, beautiful selection of quality beers.that they will pair with cheeses for a twist on wine & cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. Fairly priced for the quality of beers & foods served. I will always go back !

I saw the tiniest glass of beer on a menu. For the first time. Ever. It’s 5 oz. Like my sexy swim shorts. The only thing tinier than this serving is my bestie whom I went there with! I loved the beer - and our server, Alex (Alexander?) was amazing. He recommended great beer and also food. His shift ended before I was done eating. The coworker who took his place was also super amazing. I did not get her name though. :(The place has great ambiance and decor. Had I found true love, I would have brought, said true love, to this spot for the ambiance... and the color scheme of the place....

My burger war very good and there's plenty of good beers! I LOVED the decorations. Just a bit on the pricey side though but I had a good time. We were a group so we had our own semi-private space. Very cool!

Very nice ambiance, a lot of offering in beers (seasonal ones included) and very friendly staff. The buffet during lunch is amazing too! Dog friendly for the outside terrace. What are you waiting for?... just go already :)

It's easy for me to give this place 5 stars. Slowly dishing out some of the best beer in the city along with amazing food. So it's again very easy to give this place full marks. A must visit on any day.

Very nice and modern decor. Perfect place to have a beer or a drink with friends.However the food is not the best : - The burger Patty and bread were dry and as a whole was not much tasty. - The steak was soaked in gravy to an extent that it almost looked like a soup.

Phenomenal beer. Super friendly people and a cool atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you appreciate creative and unique recipes. The cognac sour is unreal.

The service is fantastic, and so is the beer and food. The waitress steered is away from the fried chicken because there was only to of us. (It was too much food.) We started off with the tartare and escargot, and our waitress have is pairings based on our preferences. We finished with the grilled vegetables and the roasted lamb. All were great.

One of the best microbreweries in the city. No matter how often I go, I never get tired of this place. The service, the atmosphere, the food and the selection of beers are excellent. If you enjoy sour, acidic beers, this place is a must.They have good deals during lunch time. In the evening, you can order the platter for 2, which I highly recommend, since you get to taste different type of beers with delicious bites.

3.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨Beautiful location that offers regal home brewed beers. The food on the other hand is pretty average. There’s a lot of hype around their Oyster Burger, but dont get fooled. The burger is actually a regular cheese burger topped with a deep fried Oyster. The Oyster is actually amazing, and probably the best part of the dish, but isn’t actually part of the burger as a whole. They should offer deep fried Oysters on the side as an option. The desserts are just ok; very cafeteria style - you could skip it. Nevertheless, beers are where it at.

The beer is good. But the food I find is super expensive for what you get. We ordered the hot chicken and then the hot dog plate. Hot chicken is just a hot chicken sandwich... No sides for 24$ and it was a bit sour tasting.. I guess cause of the gravy? And the hot dog plate was just a small hot dog with fries and a coleslaw. But for 16$... A bit much. It wasn't that great. Sad. Cause I was expecting alot. Staff was nice.

A bit more posh for a brewpub, and I like it, especially for the food, which is often an afterthought here in Montreal's beer scene.Lovely decor, but perhaps a bit too over lit. Strange enough, the patio section is nothing more than old bleachers with a coat of paint, which kinda clashes with the rest.Service is very professional, which is another breath of fresh air in a town full of grungy pubs.But the real star here is the beer. Lots of interesting styles, like saisons, Berliner weiss - with optional syrups - and sours. But they also have more typical styles, all are good to amazing. They also make nice looking cocktails.All and all, a great place for a date, a bite, a pint.

Love everyting about this place. Beers are amazing. Food is good. Service is above and beyond. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I am giving it four stars because I miss the old food menu. Not sure why they changed it. The previous menu was excellent.

Celebrate at Harricana! Great beer menu. Fun and classic food menu. Lunch with their daily buffet is the perfect high-end business cafeteria. Great place to throw a party with friends. Been there multiple times and will come back! Thumbs up for their lobster rolls!

Beers are not the best, although still quite drinkable. Food is on the pricier side but not overly so. Decent spot for supper with friends.

Love the decor and the beers are fantastic. If I lived in Montreal I could see spending many a night here. Definitely. One of the best microbrasseries in Montreal. The variety of what they have on tap and in bottles is amazing. I love all the wood and how light and airy the space is. Also like all of the writing all over the walls of the bathroom, cool little touch. Also, their good is to die for. I just really love this place, can't wait to go back next time I'm in town!

Good atmosphere, very bright with a lot of beer options. Not many brunch options though. The full breakfast was not any special nor the classic sandwich.

The atmosphere was quiet. The beers were some of the best I've had. The staff was friendly, smart, and polite. Really on their game. Clean and followed protocols. We ordered shrimp poboy sandwiches, and I was really impressed with the flavours. We will totally be back.
